At NetExpat, our team of highly trained Consultants not only understand the best way to guide you through how to get the most out of this transition, but many of them have also personally gone through an international relocation themselves. Our Integration Support program was created for individuals who need assistance with the personal adaptation changes they will experience following a move and is fully tailored based on your specific situation to tackle the challenges you need help with the most.   

How it Works

NetExpat receives your  contact details when our support is included as part of your relocation benefits.

Our Client Services Team schedules an exploratory call to learn more about you and share the details of our programs.

All parties agree on a time frame to start your program which is when you will be introduced to your local NetExpat Consultant.

Begin your first session with your NetExpat Consultant and receive your access codes to use NetExpat's exclusive online resources.

What does my Consultant help me do?

The first priority for your NetExpat Consultant is to help support you and encourage you throughout the transitional process of relocating to a new country or city. They will do this through personalized open discussions to help you clarify your thoughts, questions, and obstacles surrounding the changes you are experiencing. From there, they will help you identify goals for the short term and long term and create action plans for how to accomplish your desired results.


Each person and situation is different so that is why each program is completely customized to your specific needs. You will meet with your Consultant regularly for approximately 60 to 90 minutes per session.

    Each case is different, but we recommend finishing your program in 2-3 months to maximize its effectiveness.

    You will meet at one of the NetExpat offices around the globe or virtually. Your local consultant will discuss the best option for you.

  • WHAT IS THE ROLE OF MY NETEXPAT CONSULTANT?

    The consultant’s objective is to provide you with professional assistance in order to achieve an effective life transition by clearly defining your personal  goals. The consultant plays a key role in the process and also acts as a counselor when needed. The consultant will strive to support your identified objectives; however, you will be the one in the driver’s seat and therefore ultimately in control of your program. Your engagement in the program is vital to its success.
