Partner Seeking a Local Network

Renee has a child with learning difficulties and her biggest concern is the impact the move will have on her children. She is worried about how to build a new network of friends that she can rely on to help when she needs it since she is used to being close to her family in Mexico. 

Renee's Consultant helped her get involved with local organizations where she could meet others in a similar situation, and provided resources where Renee could find more information on how to best support her children through their integration process. Renee's Consultant helped her stay motivated and encouraged her to step outside of her comfort zone in order to reach her goals of developing a new network in her host location.
