Rafael has moved many times before and is familiar with the challenges associated with this transition. His largest objectives involved understanding the local people and cultural norms related to day to day life in his new country. 

Rafael's Consultant really helped him navigate issues he was having such as a challenge he experienced with his landlord and understanding how cultural norms play in to day to day activities by providing tips and tricks for better understanding the local people. Rafael could really relate to his Consultant because he had also experienced relocating internationally. Rafael appreciated that his Consultant helped connect him with other partners/spouses he was working with through NetExpat and also had a good sense of humor.
