The Repatriation Briefing is designed to ease the end of the international assignment cycle by helping employees and their partners understand the nature of these changes and reposition themselves in a proactive way. This repatriation briefing usually starts 4 months prior to the transfer home and guarantees a smooth and well-planned homecoming. The briefing is delivered over the phone by experienced former expats who have successfully managed their own repatriation shock and demonstrated their ability to deliver high quality management coaching.
