It starts with sensitive questions for you and your family that should be considered before making the decision to undertake a mobility assignment. Our Pre-Decision Support program is designed to help guide you in this decision. Your NetExpat Senior Consultant will stimulate healthy debate between you and your partner and empower you both to embrace an international career move. Delivered over the phone in one or two sessions with consultants in the home and/or host country, this program is an important first step in any mobility assignment.
Our Pre-Decision Support is a 2-steps process:
- Access the Pre-Decision Awareness Questionnaire and report
- Debrief/discuss your situation with a NetExpat Pre-Decision Consultant
