  • WHEN SHOULD I TAKE THE EXPADVISER®?

    We recommend that you take the tool in advance of the training. This will allow us to illustrate points in a relevant way. Each participant will receive his/her own access and personal report. Your scores will be compared to your destination country culture and can include up to 4 other cultural references.

  • WHEN CAN I JOIN THE GLOBAL LEADERS COMMUNITY?

    You will automatically receive an invitation to join the Global Leaders Community once your first training date has been confirmed. Should you want to join earlier, simply let your Global Client Services Manager know and an invitation will be sent.

  • HOW WILL THESE SERVICES BE TAILORED TO MY NEEDS?

    NetExpat will conduct an exploratory call of up to 30 minutes to find out more about your assignment, the services of particular interest to you and your largest concerns.


    This will help NetExpat to tailor the program directly to your needs. This will also be a chance for you to ask any questions you may have about the services available to you.

  • WHERE WILL MY TRAINING TAKE PLACE?

    There are multiple options for you. Your training can be delivered totally or partially online via interactive webinar with a cultural expert consultant. Your training can also be delivered at your place of employment. Your NetExpat Consultant will travel to your nearest office location, and we also recommend you reserve a conference room so there is plenty of space.

  • HOW WILL I ACCESS NETEXPAT E-LEARNING COURSES, SELF-ASSESSMENT TOOLS & COUNTRY RESOURCES?

    When you decide to participate in an Intercultural Training, we will send you access to the NetExpat User Portal where you can access your ExpAdviser® or CultureSnap® Self-Assessment tool, NetExpat eLearning course, the Global Leaders Community, as well as all the materials related to your Intercultural Training. These materials will be available once you have completed the training.

  • WHEN IS THE BEST TIME FOR AN EXPAT/ASSIGNEE INTERCULTURAL TRAINING?

    The Intercultural Training takes place in your host location. The best timing is 2-3 weeks after arrival, allowing you to have a first impression of the new country.
